Scheduling that respects your time
WWC Health releases appointment blocks every morning for the next four weeks. Members see real openings instead of waiting for a callback. When you submit the form below, our scheduling team matches your preferred clinician, visit type, and timing windows.
Urgent concerns—fever with rash, sudden chest tightness, or injury with numbness—should be described clearly in your message so nurses can prioritize review. We respond with next steps, which may include a same-day slot, a virtual check-in, or guidance to visit emergency services when symptoms exceed what we can safely manage in clinic.
Visit types we book
Preventive reviews last longer and include goal setting plus screening updates. Follow-ups focus on a single issue such as medication adjustment or therapy progress. Diagnostic visits combine labs with a clinician consult once results are ready. Hybrid options let you complete intake questions online and arrive for hands-on work only.
If you need interpreter support or a quiet room, note that in your message. We reserve appropriate spaces and staff accordingly.
Cancellations and reminders
Life shifts. Cancel or reschedule at least twelve hours ahead when possible so another member can use the slot. Automated reminders arrive by email with preparation tips—fasting instructions, clothing for movement assessments, or documents to upload.
After your visit, you receive a summary and a link to book follow-ups before minor issues grow heavy.
Preparing children and teens
Guardians receive age-appropriate prep sheets explaining who will be in the room, how long visits last, and whether labs are needed. Teens may speak privately with clinicians when policy and safety allow, with reunification before plans are finalized.
Accessibility requests
Note wheelchair access, service animal presence, interpreter needs, or lighting sensitivities in your message. We assign rooms and staff accordingly and confirm accommodations in the reply email.
After-hours expectations
Forms submitted overnight enter the queue for the next business morning. Portal messages about active treatment plans may receive automated guidance on when to seek emergency care versus waiting for clinic review.
What happens after you submit
Scheduling staff confirm receipt by email, then propose two or three openings that match your clinician preference and visit type. If your message describes new symptoms, a nurse may reply first with safety questions before a slot is held. You can accept a time with one reply; we send a calendar-friendly confirmation with preparation tips.
Bring insurance cards or benefit details if you use them, though our pricing page lists direct visit bundles as well. Arrive ten minutes early for vitals unless your confirmation says otherwise for hybrid intake.
Group and back-to-back visits
Caregivers booking for multiple family members may request adjacent times when rooms allow. We note shared transportation needs and keep siblings together for pediatric blocks when appropriate. For couples managing shared chronic goals, joint education visits can follow individual exams in the same morning.
Records we may request before you arrive
Prior labs, imaging summaries, and medication lists speed up first visits. Upload them through the portal when possible so clinicians can confirm allergies and interactions before you sit down. If records are unavailable, write a short timeline of key events so nothing important waits until the last minute of the appointment.
